1. Acceptance of these terms

This website is published by Mykyta Bilodid, 6 Boryslavska Street, Kyiv, 02000, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The website is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

2. What this website is

solarentreprenad.com is an information website for Solverv Arctic Resort & Casino, a resort in development, and for Solar Entreprenad, the programme under which it is being planned and built. It describes the project, lets you join an interest list and gives ways to contact us.

No bookings are accepted on this website. The resort is not open, and nothing on the website is an offer to sell accommodation, services or gaming. The website does not provide any gambling service.

3. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including texts, artist's impressions, illustrations, the Solverv name and monogram, the page design and the code, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may view the website and print or save individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our pages. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

The fonts used on the website are open-source typefaces distributed under the SIL Open Font License; their licence terms are included with the font files.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, the website or other people. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the website's operation;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or monitor the website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• send us spam, or use our addresses or form to send unsolicited messages to others;
• give false information about yourself or submit someone else's details without their permission;
• present our content as your own or suggest that you are connected with us when you are not.

5. What you send us

The interest list form prepares an email that you send from your own email app. When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that it does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or confidential belonging to someone else.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health information or payment card details; we do not need it and will not ask for it. We may delete messages that break these terms.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the project, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation to you, although we will never publish your name or personal details without your consent.

6. Accuracy of information

The website describes a planned project. Images are artist's impressions, and all areas, capacities, energy figures and descriptions are planned or design values that may change. The gaming lounge is planned subject to licensing. Opening dates and locations are to be announced. Daylight figures are approximate calculations for illustration.

We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we do not promise that the website is complete, error-free or up to date at all times.

7. Links to other websites

The website contains a few links to other websites, such as the Norwegian gambling helpline and public authorities. These are provided for your information only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the site or that we have any connection with it.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the website or its content, including that it will be available without interruption, secure or free from errors or harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, business or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. As the website is provided free of charge, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to the minimum amount allowed by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnity

If you use the website in breach of these terms or of the law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs that result, including reasonable legal costs, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

11. Suspension of access

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time. We may also block access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by attacking the website or misusing our contact addresses.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the project moves on or when reservations open. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version in force when you use the website applies.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and the affected part will be applied as closely as the law allows to its original purpose.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
