1. Who we are

The interest list is run by Mykyta Bilodid, 6 Boryslavska Street, Kyiv, 02000, Ukraine ("we", "us"), who publishes this website for the Solverv Arctic Resort & Casino project and its build programme, Solar Entreprenad. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Project status

Solverv is a planned resort in development on the Helgeland coast in Nordland, Norway. It has not been built, it is not operating, and it does not accept guests or reservations. Everything on this website describes a project that may change as it moves through design, planning, permits and construction.

3. The interest list is not a booking

Joining the interest list is free and simply tells us that you would like to hear about the project. It is not a booking, a reservation, an offer or a contract, and it creates no obligation for you or for us. In particular:

• we do not ask for or accept any payment or deposit;
• joining does not give you priority, a place in a queue or any right to future availability;
• no price, rate, room, date or other condition is promised or held for you.

You can leave the list at any time (see section 8). If we ever offer early access to members of the list, the terms of that offer will be set out clearly when it is made.

4. Information is indicative

All images on this website are artist's impressions. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction. Room sizes, guest numbers, event capacities, spa areas and all energy figures are planned or design values, not final specifications. Energy targets will be published and independently verified before opening; until then they are targets, not results.

We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general interest and may change without notice. Please do not rely on it when making travel or financial decisions.

5. Natural phenomena

The northern lights and the midnight sun depend on the season, the weather and, for the aurora, solar activity. We cannot guarantee that they will be visible at any time. The daylight figures shown on the website are approximate calculations for the Arctic Circle coast, provided for illustration only.

6. The planned gaming lounge

The entertainment and gaming lounge is planned subject to licensing. Norwegian law does not currently allow land-based casinos, and the gaming part of the resort will only open if the law permits it and a licence is granted. There is no guarantee that this will happen. If it does, the lounge will be open only to adults aged 18 and over, and access will be subject to identity checks and house rules.

7. Opening date

The opening date is to be announced. Any dates or timings we mention before an official announcement are estimates and may change. We are not responsible for plans you make on the basis of an expected opening.

8. News by email and how to stop it

If you give your consent on the form, we will send you occasional news about the project, the build and the opening. We will not send unrelated advertising or pass your details to others for marketing.

You can stop receiving news at any time by writing to [email protected] or by replying to any of our emails. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Future booking terms

When reservations open, the terms for bookings, payments, cancellations and stays will be published before any booking can be made. Those terms, not these, will apply to any booking.

10. Intellectual property

The names, texts, images and design of this website are protected. The rules for using them are set out in section 3 of our Terms of Service.

11. Limitation of liability

Because the interest list is free and creates no obligation, we are not liable for any loss arising from changes to the project, delays, the opening date, the absence of a gaming licence, or the availability or conditions of any future stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural events, war, epidemics, changes in law, decisions of public authorities, or failures of utilities and communication networks.

13. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to [email protected]. We will acknowledge it and aim to give a full answer within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve it together, consumers living in Norway can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), and consumers elsewhere in the EEA can contact the national consumer body or the European Consumer Centre in their country. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
