3. Hosting

The website is hosted by an external hosting provider, which acts as our data processor. The provider's details will be listed in this section once the website is live on its permanent hosting.

4. Project status

• Solverv Arctic Resort & Casino is a planned resort in development. It has not been built, it is not operating and it does not accept guests or reservations.
• All images are artist's impressions. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction.
• The entertainment and gaming lounge is planned subject to licensing. Land-based casinos are not currently permitted in Norway, and no gaming will be offered unless the law allows it and a licence is granted.
• The exact location and the opening date are to be announced.

5. About the name Solar Entreprenad

Solar Entreprenad is the name of the build programme for the Solverv project. Entreprenad is the Swedish word for a building contract; "solar" refers to the solar-powered design of the planned estate.

Solar Entreprenad is not a separate company, and it is not a manufacturer, installer or supplier of solar equipment. It has no connection with any manufacturer, distributor or contractor that uses a similar name, including electrical wholesalers or solar companies operating in Norway, Sweden or elsewhere. The brand of the resort is Solverv.

6. Statement on energy claims

Every energy figure and environmental statement on this website is a design target for a building that does not yet exist, not a measured result. This includes the planned solar surfaces, the expected summer surplus and the planned use of batteries and seawater heat pumps.

We say plainly that a building this far north cannot rely on solar power in winter, when there is almost no sun; the gap will be covered by storage, heat pumps and the grid. The energy targets will be published in full and independently verified before the resort opens.

We aim to present these claims in line with the guidance of the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) on environmental claims in marketing: specific, documented and not overstated. If you believe any statement falls short of that, please tell us at [email protected].

8. Responsible gambling

The planned gaming lounge will be open only to adults aged 18 and over. This website does not offer gambling, bonuses or promotions of any kind.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please send any complaint to [email protected]. We will acknowledge it and aim to reply in full within 30 days. Complaints about personal data can also be made to a supervisory authority, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Consumers in Norway can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet); consumers elsewhere in the EEA can contact their national consumer body or European Consumer Centre. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available. More detail is in our Terms and Conditions.

10. Accessibility

We want the website to be usable by everyone. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: it works with a keyboard, supports screen readers, respects the reduced-motion setting of your device and uses text colours with sufficient contrast. The image slideshow can be paused at any time.
